Ideas for Lights Out 2

This was a great romp of a film, but I think there's scope for a really good follow up. If you'll indulge me, here are some ideas:

Lights Out 2 : Army of Wraiths

1. It turns out that Diana is actually alive and not a ghost. The light therapy put her out of phase with normal reality and turned her into a dark matter being, hence her aversion to light.

2. Scientists turn up at the house to investigate what's happened and figure this out for themselves.

3. Deep beneath the Pentagon, the scientists try to recreate the experiment that converted Diana on a group of thirty psychotic convicts (as they're all expected not to survive).

4. Unfortunately it works on them all! We then see the thirty new wraiths causing havok in Washington DC.

5. The President of the USA calls up Rebecca, Bret & Martin to ask for help, and they agree. However, there's only one way they can assist - and that's to revive Diana.

6. At the house, the three manage to summon Diana, who's now good, because the real evil was Sophie and she was twisting Diana's mind.

7. The foursome team up with a platoon of US Delta SEALS who are led by a grizzled Vietnam veteran, and proceed to attack the army of ghosts with special light-guns.

8. After defeating the ghosts, they all breathe a sigh of relief. However, unbeknownst to them all, the out of phase creatures attracted the attention of a malevolent alien race, and in the closing credits, we see their spaceships approaching Earth.

This nicely leads into Lights Out 3: The War for Earth, where the team will once again fight the aliens along with their military friends, and be forced to invoke the Holy Power of Our Lord Jesus Christ in repelling the alien invaders, who will turn out to be heathens and worshippers of false idols.
