Why does the one black actor have to have an anger problem?

I am nearly done the second episode. There is one black character in this show so far (I know Harold Perrineau shows up later, so that's cool). He is irrationally angry all the time and he drops an f-bomb in virtually every sentence that he says, despite being a working professional at a law firm.

How does institutional racism like this still get into television shows in 2016? It's pathetic. The series would be decent, but it's ruining it for me every time this character is on screen.

why does the short guy (Ned) have to be a pathetic, revenge-porn making, vomiting loser with anger control issues and who wears a plaid shirt with a plaid suit? At least the black guy is successful, rich, well-spoken, and married. The short guy is always a pathetic loser who seems to be both autistic and afflicted with Asperger's.

the billy "mcrbright" character is also angry and uses foul lanuguage at all times thru-out this TV show, even in front of his daughter,
it gives men with bad toupes a bad name, just like in any billy zane movie or when jon travolta needs to look young again,
tired and date outlook POV on bald men with courage to wear a toupee....they are not all angry as this
