The people who made this movie are obviously looking for God, the thing is they are just not quite ready so they come up with this new age foolishness. Will Smith's character writes letters to himself, give me a break! Why doesn't this man just get some faith, believe, turn to Jesus and pray. God can be a best friend to everyone if everyone will let Him!

You don't have to watch this movie to know that there is no hope in the storyline. Unless he finds God, then this flick is useless. Don't waste your time and money.

I don't think this movie looks good, but what does God have to do with anything?

Because god isn't real. It's crazier to talk to something that isn't there than it is to write letters to yourself. Writing is very therapeutic for some. As someone who went through a major loss a year ago, I was never and still am not looking for "god." I've been in search of peace within myself and some calm and levity to counter the pain. No god is going to do a thing to help with that.

He DOES turn to Jesus. Keira Knightley is playing Jesus, who is referred to as Love in this movie. Get a clue, why don't you?
