This is the kind of film I would have seen some time in 2001-2009, when I didn't need movies to be thought-provoking or challenging, they took place in New York and served to comfort me, more or less. Needless to say, my standards have evolved since then.

What a great cast, starring in a cheesefest that looks like Hallmark rejected it.
