It's bizarre that so many we'll known actors can agree to a film like this...

I mean, some of these guys like Norton and Winslet are known to be quite choosy about their projects. How on earth did they all land up in this? I must come to the conclusion that the original pitch for the movie was something else. The fact is that the story the trailer was advertising looked quite cheesy but at least we could have gone along with the sentiment of it all and seen it as a seasonal movie. Instead we got another movie entirely which is quite horrifying in its concept. WTH happened!!!!

Heard of Movie 43? It's a mega gross comedy essentially consisting of an anthology of short films with a massive well known cast (including Winslet) that got critically slaughtered to the extent that Collateral Beauty would seem to be a masterpiece in comparison.

Yeah, but I have heard about how that film's casting was an elaborate con job where they basically used Hugh Jackman's name to get Winslet, and then used Jackman and Winslet's name to get the next big actors and so forth and so forth.
