Just saw the movie....My review.....

Don't listen to the critics and the outrage and hatred toward this film.

Was it a great film ? No... It suffered major flaws. Would I recommend this film to anyone ? No... I wouldn't.

But why do I say don't listen to the critics - because you should go into the film with an open mind, no expectations and gather your own opinion for yourself. This internet age is quick to jump on the "you either have to LOVE IT, BEST MOVIE EVER....or HATED IT, WORST FILM OF ALL TIME, WILL SMITH IS DONE" bandwagons. Ignore all that. I hope you enjoy the film because you invested your time into it and hopefully you connect with it.

My main issue with the film is it could have been an epic masterpiece. It really could of. I love the concept of visited by love, death and time. Really great. And how each element is teaming up with one of Howard's friends. But the script has major problems. One - the two twists you can see from MILES away. I mean, MILES away. It reminded me of 'The Tourist' with Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie. How Depp was indeed the husband via plastic surgery and you saw it from a mile away and it turned out dumb. Well, I wont give the main twists away, but its just predictable and the movie tried to be super clever, and the screen writer fooled no one.

I will say this though, it wasn't boring. I was entertained and I somewhat enjoyed the scenes. Wonderful cast and I think Helen Mirren and Kiera Knightley were the best parts.

Overall, if I had to give the film a score - 6/10

I've seen a lot worse.

The trailer was a masterpiece though.
