Episode 7 final, the judges chose wrong imho.

The winners blade:

not as sharp, dull edges and the blade is warped.

round handle making it hard to grip and control/use.

looks great.

the loser:

very sharp, all edges held/ no dulling/ stronger straight blade.

handle grip allowed for better control and aim but suddenly after the test the judges discover it's a bit thin and bends...

looks great..

also did the most damage in tests.

and then considering how much the judges pick up on blade warping/edges and the grip being 'too round'...

i suppose if a handle breaks your kinda screwed.

Here's the thing though, they say it has to be an authentic and functional weapon. The fact that the handle was bending on the losing blade means it's a liability it battle. If it wasn't for that he would have won because he was ahead on every other aspect.
