Gun shows aren't PC so they came up with this POS

Whike still trying to appeal to the gun crowd they just picked knives. So dumb. Nothing legitimate about the show. I know knife makers and they would laugh this thing off. Their tests are unrealistic and pointless.

The problem isn't with guns, I think it's with the people behind American Guns and Sons of Guns. The owner of American Guns is being accused of some sort of financial malfeasance, and as for Will Hayden... there's no need to go into those grisly details.
I suspect that History, Discovery, etc are probably interested in another "gun related reality show" but are probably struggling to find something that's appealing to both "gunnies" and people who are more casual about the sport, without slavishly duplicated those two defunct shows.
They could probably bring back Top Shot for at least another season, though, if they really wanted to.
CMT had "Guntucky" which I really loved (OK, I'm biased because I went to Knob Creek twice) - that one had episodes aired as recently as Spring, 2014.

guntucky also had some legal issues.

was delayed by the sandy hook school incident.

then there was this..

so yeah..

Hadn't heard about that incident. I guess that explains the lack of new episodes of Guntucky. Sigh...

I get that but why not vet these people before putting them on tv, I mean ask them questions like those of someone running for office. They are paying them a significant amount of money. Surely these networks can dig up all the dirt they can. Also find people who dont necessarily want to be on tv or those who arent looking for it. That would be better tv, more real and probably be safer as far as all the shady characters looking for this.

JDoe... these inbred morons are exactly the type of "reality star", the slime ball Cable Channels and Producers of these garbage shows want... a Criminal Record is a requirement.

If you deflect the topic of the thread from the show to me, our discussion is over

I just dont know why Top shot ever went away That was a great show and still has a cult following among shooters. Which some of the outdoor and shooting channels would pick it up or revamp something similar.

It's entertainment, and this show accomplishes that task.
