Spoiler - Questions that are setting this show up for a FAIL

I really liked the first two or three episodes, since then, call me a cynic, but i'm starting to become very concerned. Stop reading now if you don't want to walk into any spoilers:

Whoever this killer is he/she can;

1. Get into peoples houses without being seen - this may mean he can bypass locks.

2. Go into the forest dressed in full rubber hood and robe and move like a ninja without being seen.

3. Is able to out hunt and kill a hunter and taxidermist (an individual who looks very at home in the woods).

4. Is able to access an IV line capable of paralysing an individual tied up in a field.

5. Is able to acquire a Limo and fix it so the locks on the rear doors won't open.

6. Is able to take out a cop sitting in a cop car, enter a house, make a call from within the house, and then escape out of an upstairs window with a pretty decent drop without being seen.

7. Is able to know about a cement block being used as the weapon in an attack on a vehicle that serious injured a teenaged girl, and use the same kind of block to drown the woman who committed the crime years before, who only just told her daughter about it.

8. Is able to know where a victim will be - in a church - and take her from there without being seen to a field.

9. Can commit so many crimes yet attracts no attention from any federal law enforcement body.

10. Can hunt down people in the town with no fear of the fact that they might have a gun.

11. Can sneak up on someone with a gun in a forest, appearing out of the blue in the silly rubber hood, and knock the weapon from their hands.

In sum, the writers are putting out a very big ask here. There is so much to like about this show. The setting, the concept, the cast, the effects are all strong enough, but the storyline simply asks too much to be genuinely credible IMO. I'm really expecting to be hugely let down, to find out that the writers are simply not up to the task of writing these promises and delivering on them with a credible conclusion that makes the viewer feel that they haven't just been totally cheated.

Thoughts?

Very good points. With the bodies piling up it's amazing the police didn't place a curfew yet we see women walking around at night alone, no worries gals. I always get a big kick when we see a victim running like mad while the killer is just calmly walking yet catches up, no sweat.
