Similar series with a weak/boring central character and a masked serial killer. Neither of them are masterpieces, but I just found Slasher so much fun than Scream and more gory too.

They're both absolutely cancerous and terribly - made pieces of trash, but Slasher is still infinitely better than Scream MTV.

Slasher. Emma is the least likable character and that show is worse than pretty little liars which is sad because its barely entering season 3 as opposed as PLL.
