I refuse to see this
I refuse to see another parody movie. Why do the studios keep making them when they rarely make any money?
shareI refuse to see another parody movie. Why do the studios keep making them when they rarely make any money?
shareBecause the original was so overrated.
I'm Blade brown, the Dopest, illest, hypest brotha, on the block!
Well the original will be much better than this. This is like Disaster movie quality. Whole trailer had me like "that's not funny...still not funny.....not *beep* funny. Wayans aren't even trying anymore.
shareIf you put a pile of poo on a stool and filmed it for 2 hours, it would still be a better movie than Fifty Shades of Grey.
Hence, this movie will obviously be better.
I was like when the elevator prank appeard "oh that is cheap, why Marlon why! But than it started being more and more funy and I was laughting so hard :D
shareBecause the original was so overrated.
exactly, it was a great film. it just won a golden globe too. Dakota Johnson just won a golden globe.
shareDakota Johnson just won a golden globe.
she won a golden globe idiot!
shareShe got a "People's Choice" award, not a Golden Globe, big difference! and is now nominated for the 2016 Golden Raspberry Worst Actress Award for FSoG....
sharethat doesn't make sense, if she got a people's choice award then how could she also get nominated for a razzie?
shareBecause people like soft porn and voted for that, but that does not mean her "acting" performance was liked, just her boobs ;-)
sharethat is so dumb to say. the people's choice awards are voted on for people who want to make the movies that they think are good get awarded. that has nothing to do with just seeing boobs or because they like soft porn because those things are not intelligent or reasonable ways of nominating or awarding a movie award to a movie or actor, etc. people don't vote in such stupid ways.
shareOf the "not another..." and "scary movie" genre of movies (i refuse to use the term "films" for these) the only one that I even laughed at a little was "not another...teen movie", and that one at least had a hot naked chick for the bits that weren't amusing.
The rest of them i've either forgotten or just skipped all together. As far as this one goes....frankly i think that 50 shades was already such a parody of a real movie that i can't see the need to spoof it. It was easily as funny as any parody of it could be. It just didn't start off intending to be.

So it was made for you and your mom. Neat.
shareA Haunted House cost $2.5 million to make and earned $40 million at the box office.
That's why this movie was made.
Because when original Movies Sucks Like Shades of Grey which was total *beep*
This is way better than Shades of Psycho Patient Grey
the MPAA will surely miss your $20
Welcome to the El Flamingo, Jeffrey!
Don't piss in the pool, Jeffrey.
the real question is and I asked it to myself the other day, how long are the wayans brothers going to be allowed to make parodies? I mean they've been doing it since 1995, 1995! that was a looooong time ago.
shareAllowed?!! You idiot, as long as Jews can put out Adam Sandler movies, Blacks can put out Wayans movies. Both are usually garbage IMHO.
shareyes allowed, you idiot. can't you understand that? it makes perfect sense because some studio head is allowing them to do this.
shareEVERYONE is "allowed" to make movies, *beep* Studio heads don't "allow" people to make movies. They decide which movies that THEY are going to pick up, but they don't "allow" OR "not allow" people to make movies. Smh.....
sharenot true. actors, directors, and producers, etc. get paid by studio heads to make movies; like studio execs. so, if you don't make a good enough movie then you won't be paid, the movie will not be made and the movie will not be picked up for release from a studio. so if they don't allow you to make the movie because it's not good enough then that's them not allowing you to make the movie because it's not good enough to be made.
shareLook, you brain-dead kid. Movies get picked up for many reasons. Being "good enough" is relative. Good enough for WHAT, exactly? Some movies are made to make money. Some are made to stimulate a desire to go to war. Some are made to get the public to go a certain way politically. Some are made to distort history. Some are made to create a false sense of superiority of a certain group of people. But NOBODY controls whether or not one can make a movie. Even YOUR dumb ass can make one. Now getting your movie played in theaters is another subject.
shareLook, you brain-dead kid. if anyone could make a movie then everyone would make movies for a living. it's not like that idiot. you have to be able to make a good enough movie in order to convince a studio head to make the movie. Being good enough is not relative, if it was then anyone could make a movie. studio heads; studio execs control whether or not anyone can make a movie. you're a dumbass.
shareIf you spent as much time using your brain as you do attempting to insult people, you would be a genius! LOL!!!
I'm a 49 year old person with 2 degrees, "kid". Let me say it again. ANYONE CAN MAKE A MOVIE!!! There is NOBODY stopping you from making a movie and there NEVER has been. Movies are made on ALL types of budgets. Multi-million dollar budgets all the way down to a couple thousand dollars. Movies can be made by huge motion picture studios run by the "execs" you rambled on about, or at the other end of the spectrum, INDIVIDUALS like you and me. My good friend just made(filmed and edited) a movie on his smartphone. Somewhere in the middle are independent film companies with very limited budgets compared to the large studios. These are often called "INDIE" film companies. So again for the slow folks, ANYONE IS "ALLOWED" TO MAKE A MOVIE!!! Geez...
Now again, whether or not you can get the movie played in Jewish-owned theaters is another topic altogether. 😉
You have a lot to learn whatever age you are.
He's trolling you dude....
shareBigsax, I'm not so sure. I just think that he's a little slow. HeeHee!
shareEither way, he started this topic for a very particular reason...
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4178092/board/flat/247255743
... which he can do nothing about.
It don't matter who you hear it from. It's the same story.
that would hurt sales . not . will the studios be able to go on ? yes.will you make a difference ? no .
you've taken a snowball off mount everest .
They're probably really cheap to make (what does fake poop run for these days?) The theatrical release is a blow-off. They make all their money in cable & rental sales.
