I know it probably went unnoticed or is not a big deal to a lot of people but as a behavioral health professional it annoyed the heck out of me that Reese referred to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders as the DCM. It's DSM not DCM. Initially I thought she just made a mistake, as she's new to Psych, but Dr. Charles didn't correct her. To me that's a pretty big oversight.

It's not necessarily an oversight- it could have been a typo on the script, the actress could have made a mistake, etc. There just isn't enough time to fix it in post, even if someone caught the mistake.

In real life she would have known it's DSM because she would have done a rotation through psych.
