The owner of the Hawaiian bar in the end of Extreme Measures. Was that Branscombe Richmond????? Looked very much like him.

Yes, that was the one and only Bobby Sixkiller. I swear Branscombe hasn't aged since Renegade. 

I know :) loved him on Renegade. Saw that he finally got his name on the cast of Chicago Med 👍❤❤
