Seriously?

A few weeks ago, Chicago Med had almost the exact same plot during the same week as Code Black with the transgender woman. Now in their last episode they are using this groundbreaking portable bypass machine that they're at that time are only using in France... and in that very same episode of Code Black.
Fool me once, but this? I think there's a not so subtle leak in the writers department.

They should get ghosts and miracles. That'll teach Code Black! Apart from that guy who was clinically dead but became conscious long enough to say goodbye. But that was more explainable than the ghosts and miracles on Code Black. Stupid ghosts and miracles. I could't continue watching Code Black after those.

Chicago Med had a lower bar, so it was fine. Plus, it could have been an equipment error or some loose leads and a very weak pulse or whatever and some weird sudden thing that could explain the "dead" guy hugging the daughter goodbye. But the ghosts and miracles on Code Black? Nope. Just actual ghosts.

Those writers. Did they hire people from Proof or something.

Actually I started a topic about ghosts in the Code Black message board a while ago :)
All I want is a good show set in a hospital environment much like ER. Maybe that's the problem, I keep comparing them. I don't know how old you are but I feel like I'm not part of the age group they are trying to please. Ten years ago I wouldn't have been so picky. The realism in today's shows is diminishing because it has to look cool on camera.
