She's not built to be a doctor or a psychologist. I hope they fire her.

She should be fired I'm so annoyed that this show seem to think the only thing required for psychiatry is compassion. If that was the case we should all be psychiatrist. I can't tell you how annoyed I get at shows that do romance between a psychiatrist and their patient. It more unethical than any other typse of doctor/patient combination. Psychiatry is about maintaining objectivity separating yourself from your patient. You cannot effectively treat a patient if you don't maintain this boundary. Its more for you patient NOT you. Dr. Charles need to do his job as chief of psychiatry and write Sarah up. He is clearly showing bias and favoritism towards Sarah. Any other resident would have been written up it is a clear violation
shareI couldn't agree with you more. Except the part about Dr. Charles. He has not given his blessing for her to move Danny in or anything like that. He has tried to warn her about getting too close to her patients.
I really dislike Sarah. She annoys the heck out of me. A little miss know-it-all who didn't even consider psychiatry until about two months ago and now she thinks she knows it all.
She didn't consider psychiatry until Dr. Charles talked her into it. He is the one who persuaded her to try it. I don't think she was interested in it at all until his intervention. And I agree, she doesn't seem to be a "natural" at psychiatry and should stick to medicine.
