They introduced her like she was going to be a major character this season with a big storyline between her and her father but has been nowhere to found since.

Dr. Charles gets an F for childrearing. Ironically for chief of psychiatry Dr. Charles doesn't seem to understand how the parent child dynamic very well. If you don't like the guy daughter is becoming interested in never voice your concerns to her especially if she's an adult. Because you are pretty much guranteeing she is going to do exactly what you dont want. Its almost instinctual that kids rebel against what their parent wants even when they are adults.
