Raised 'what' level?

What did Dr. Charles say to Dr. Choi when he realized the patient may have been eating cat food? It sounded like he said "raised tory levels." I played it back several times and couldn't make sense of it.

As long as I've been working in health care (and as many labs as I have drawn), I couldn't make heads or tails out of it. Besides, usually they would say "elevated," not "raised."

Google was no help. I kept getting hits for feline issues, not human.
