Emma's Age

I recently saw the Bunk'd episodes "We Can't bear It!" (June 18 2018) and "Let's Bounce!" (June 19, 2018), the first episodes of the third season.

And the end of "We Can't bear it!" Emma, Ravi, and Zuri got their mother to buy Camp Kikiwaka, and in "Let's Bounce!" Emma, Ravi, and Zuri fought over who should be in charge.

In one of those episodes Emma said she should be in charge because she was 18, implying that Ravi & Zuri were not.

In one Jessie episode Ravi's birth date was given as March 24, 2001. Thus those early third season Bunk'd episodes should have fictional dates before March 24, 2019, and thus in the summer of 2015, 2016, 2017, or 2018.

I wrote that: "Curiously, the wikis for Jessie and Bunk'd don't give Emma's fictional birth date. The one for Jessie says that Emma was born about 1998. If Emma was born after January 1, 1997 she would turn 18 on or after January 1, 2015, and if Emma was born before December 31, 1999 she would turn 19 before January 1, 2018, so the third season of Bunk'd should happen during the summer of 2015, 2016, or 2017."

However, I found a Jessie Wiki with a Emma Ross article saying that Emma was born April 19, 1998 (while actress Peyton List who portrayed Emma for years was born 13 days earlier on April 6, 1998). So apparently Emma wasn't just given Peyton List's birth date.

If April 19, 1998 is the official fictional birth date of Emma Ross, the third season of Bunk'd should happen in the summer of 2016 between her 18th and 19th birthdays. Thus the second season would be in the summer of 2015, and the first season in the summer of 2014.

Ravi was born om March 24, 2001 and was ten in the first season of Jessie, which thus would begin Between March 24, 2011 and March 23, 2012. Ravi was adopted a month before the first Jessie episode. In an early episode it was revealed that the Rosses thought they were adopting a baby since a typographical error put his birth year as 2011 instead of 2001 on his birth certificate.

So the first season of Jessie should be in 2011 or in 2011 to 2012. And it is logical to assume that the second season should be in 2012 or in 2012-2013, the third season in 2013 or in 2013-2014, and the fourth season in 2014 or in 2014-2015.

Thus it seems possible that the first season of Bunk'd, probably in the summer of 2014, happened before some or all of the episodes in the fourth season of Jessie which probably happened in 2014 to 2015.

I note that the third season episodes of Jessie were broadcast between October 5, 2013 and November, 2014, the first season episodes pf Bunk'd were broadcast between July 31, 2015 and May 20, 2016, and the fourth season of Jessie episodes were broadcast between January 9, 2015, and October 16, 2015.

So even though the first season of Jessie seemed to happen in 2011-2012, more or less the time that it was broadcast, the fourth season of Bunk'd seems to have a fictional date of summer 2017, two to three years before it was broadcast.
