And Worms is a city in Germany where the Emperor and nobles and city representatives met to hold a diet several times, most famously in 1519.
But don't relax yet, as this synopsis of the plot of the Jessie episode "Diary of a Mad Newswoman" 9 August 2013 shows, the kids at their school feared they might have eaten something they considered almost as disgusting.
"Emma and Bryn’s friendship is put to the test when they co-anchor their school's morning announcements. Meanwhile, Jessie figures out that Zuri has been reading her diary. Emma finds a piece of paper in the garbage can and thinks that the cafeteria meat is made of horse meat..."
And when Emma announces that, everyone of the Ross kids act like they have been told that all of the many cafeteria lunches with hamburgers they ate were a literal "diet of worms". EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE ROSS KIDS.
So years ago I started a thread on the Jessie page back when it was in IMDB wondering if anyone had any comments about that plot detail. And apparently nobody back there thought there was anything strange about all of the Ross kids being grossed out by thinking that the school cafeteria serves hamburgers made out of horse meat. And that thread seems to have disappeared from the Jessie page.
So now I am starting a new thread on the Bunk'd page asking if anyone has any comments about all of the Ross kids reacting with such disgust to the idea that their school had been serving hamburgers made out of horse meat.
