It seems like the cops are stalking ex Disney stars and hoping and waiting for them to do the slightest bit of wrong.

No wonder Miley Cyrus is the way she is. Miley probably thinks, "I'm going to go to jail anyways, so I might as well get my jail times worth and be crazy and put on a show, so my jail time would be worth it!"

when a cop stalks someone ... they don't want anyone to know about it. DUH!!!

If you just read the history of the past few years of ex Disney stars, it's easy to tell that cops stalk them waiting and hoping for them to fail.
