I'm excited to hear "Tidal Wave" from Kevin

I've been waiting for some original music from him. Once again, the guy is proving he's too talented to be on Disney Channel.

How could you not like being on Disney Channel when you're literally hooked up with a babe like Peyton List!

Despite the hate Disney gets, and despite what people say, Disney is one of the MOST SUCCESSFUL movie/tv show companies out there.

I am sure he loved to work with Disney, but Disney rarely gives u much screen time once you hit 18 and Kevin Quimby is already 19.

Ashley Tisdale did High School musical and was well into her 20's.
Except High School Musical was good. Bunk'd is not.
Also, Adventures in Babysitting was released this year, so I don't know where you got that it was Kevin was in Babysitting "last year".

Tons of *beep* shows get renewed well into fourth seasons (Austin & Ally, anyone?). Getting renewed means nothing.

Um, actually it DOES! Zendaya? Also on Disney and she is OLDER then Kevin. She's 20. So your theory that at 18 Disney is no longer interested is wrong.

Um that's NOT the point. Bunk'd clearly IS good because it got renewed for a second season. And if it wasn't good? Then why in the hell are you watching? And don't tell me it is for Peyton because you can find her on other things.
Um it was RELEASED this year yes. But I am sure they FILMED IT last year moron! God get with it. Regardless you said now that he is 19, Disney is no longer interested and I proved you wrong.

That's true, but how many of their "stars" over the last 10 years actually went anywhere in TV or movies? Dizzy was the one that made out like a bandit, NOT the stars. They got rich over their likeability.

Non music related Dizzy stars that went further:
Shita LeBeof(sp) did fairly well, but went loony so I'm pretty sure he's gone forever. He's really the only one that got fairly big.
The Panabaker girls did fair for a year or two.
Emily Osment went on to star as a slut on some cable station show.
Ashley Tisdale at least went on to REAL network TV.

Maybe some others can come up with more, but that's all I can think of this early in the AM.

Again, my point is that Dizzy exploited these kids on a kids network and made a ton of money, while the "kids" got their moment of fame and are mostly now forgotten. That's not restricted to Dizzy, ALL the major networks did the same to people, some couldn't handle it and offed themselves... thank God times have changed and there are more opportunities for those "one hit wonders" than there was in times past.

In fairness that's kind of the case with all child actors. Just an example the Olsen Family. The twins have completely disappeared and it's the third unknown sister who now has a career. There's 2 very big jumps that have to be made. They have to go from the small screen to the big screen and shed their kid image. Not very many accomplish that period.

Sucks for a Disney kid because most don't make that much money. All the baggage that comes with being a child actor and then they're stuck floundering.

AND... Sabrina Carpenter! God it'd be great slobbering over those two.
