So, why couldn't the Time Masters see the futures of all worlds?

Why just the Earth? This is why I've always liked Dr. Who as it was so vast, even when it was being made on a shoestring budget. And even Highlander The TV series did a much better job with pre-Revolutionary France than this show. Even Star Trek Enterprise's version of TimeLords/Masters was better than this...

Just saw a news report on the number of Galaxies in the Universe estimated to be around 2 Trillion...with Trillions of stars in each Galaxy! Just knowing that, the show could have tremendous potential if it explored other worlds but I guess the producers are comfy with their recreations of what they think the public will know or like. Pity that...

who said they are looking only at earth ?
they said they wanted alien race to conquer earth.
the story followed rip hunter on a rogue mission to chase after an immortal human villain. but they probably have many others time masters of many races.

i bet there are many time masters from many different humanoid races in the universe, some still active in season 2.
