The trailer shows her having some type of force push power. In the deleted scenes, they show her naked as a genderless person and refer to Morgan as "he" multiple times. We also get that inexplicable scene where the lights shut off and she never does anything indicating she has powers.

She can turn on and off lights as well as the music. That's what I got from the movie.
shareThe doctor clearly explains in the movie that they configured the room and that Morgan is able to control certain aspects of her environment without an intermediary.
shareIt does look like there are a number of inexplicable powers hinted at in the film as released; starting with a flat out statement of "clairvoyant ability". I could have done without that and it looks like someone decided that Jedi abilities and uncertain gender were not what they wanted in the final film.
