That Lee wasn't fully human?
For me the moment I started to suspect that she might be enhanced was when both she and Morgan fell out of the second story window, and both just got up and pretty much shook it off like nothing.
Then when she was impaled by the tree branch, I thought that's if for her, but when she was standing on the pier behind Morgan at that point I was pretty certain that my hunch was right.

During the opening credits....then when I heard the line "everybody likes lasagna", I thought maybe more weren't human...then the flight attendant brought my cheese plate and I was like, it's probably just Lee and wow, some lasagna right now could be the knockout punch I need to fall asleep

shareSuspected almost instantly. Way too devoid of emotions. For certain: when she tried to call Morgan inside. At that moment it was obvious.
shareEven during the first half I thought a few times she might be artificial too because she was acting so cold and it was pretty much confirmed for me when she started fighting Morgan.
shareI started suspecting it early on by the way she looked at other characters and expressed her emotion. It was similar to Morgan.
shareI will be honest and I didnt figure it out until they were talking in the office at the end, when she got of the branch that injured her I just felt it was a silly movie flaw, and didnt think she was not human. I dont know why though as it seems stupid I didnt figure it out.
I suppose because I have got used to hollywood movies giving the good guy superhuman abilities to fight back and just felt it was the usual cheapness.
