VHS tape?

even if that's the case, who has a vhs player still under their tv? i could understand if they had one in the attic or the cellar.

I'm not taking my sex tape in to have it converted to DVD, so I'd be keeping MY VCR too...

VHS tapes are not that old....

But the other kid says "Daddy's naked!" When Jake turns off the tape, his objection is "That's private." It wouldn't make any sense for him to be guarding a porn star's privacy, IMO.

Then the kid's objection is misplaced: a pornstar's work, whether he happens to be related to him or not, is indeed meant for public consumption.

I had Beta long after you couldn't even Beta blank tapes any more. And for exactly the same reason.

My mother still has a VHS hooked up. It probably hasn't been used in 15 years, but it is there.

I assume they still have there's hooked up because either they never bothered to remove it or to play this old tape.

At least no one here is screaming about there being a landline. I see that on other threads and that always makes me feel old as so many of my circle (and myself) have landlines - and cellphones and Skype too of course.

I thought it may not be set in the present day, based on the house phone, mobile (cell) phone and the use of VCR's - although some still use them, I have one for old tapes
