The Tampon Scene
For a minute, I thought she was going to have Jacob help insert one into her.

Who else found that scene erotic?

Erotic?! Lol
You're a troll right?
It was so weird. But in a funny way
I just had to laugh because it was so absurd
You could tell she was almost getting off on having this little boy watching her do that. I believe the director on some level intended it to be a perverse scene, which implies sexuality in it. Of course they chose to film it carefully, pushing the limits but not going _too_ far, or the director would be called a monster/pedophile.
Of course after filming those scenes, a boy of age 12 or whatever he was, and doing such scenes with a girl like Sarah Bolger who was looking fine as hell by the way... you can bet your ass he went home and beat off that night for sure ;p
LOL
Oh man I totally agree with you and you sure made me laugh with this last phrase..LOL
Not sure who I despise more. Her or that kid. Funny how with her he is all innocent and childlike with amazement. Then he goes back to being a child douche to his sister and brother.
Those who don't believe in magic will never find it -RD
This movie grossed me out on so many levels. Somehow this was even more horrific than the hamster scene and that was awful.
The ending sucked but this movie was surprisingly compelling especially the first hour or so.
Omg I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought that!
She invites an 11yo boy into the bathroom
Had him choose a tampon for her
then had him open it and remove it from the wrapper
Then she took it from him and with him still watching she inserted it and stood up.
Then he intently watched her menstral blood being flushed.
This movie is F"d up seriously! Lol
Not to stray from the topic, but I looked up the actress that played Emelie, Sarah Bolger - and I see she's from Ireland. There was something about her that I found compelling, now I know.
shareShe played Mary Tudor (who became Queen Mary of "Bloody Mary" fame) -- one of Henry VIII's two daughters -- in the Tudors. She was absolutely fantastic as the young Mary Tudor.

That's exactly what I thought for a minute.
