Poorman's MITM femme version?
If she talks to the camera, I'm out. Although today's 'tweens are probably too young to remember Malcolm In The Middle.

shareSo it's called "The Donought Show", because that's all they seem to show-- a singular stampeed downstairs.
But a seriously, folks. Is SITM buying into Mexican stereotypes of Mexicans procreating and having lots of kids? Reminds me of the Family Guy Mexican jokes (funeral, Mexican Superman, Conseula kidnaps Stewie, etc.)?
You didn't like it?

As has already been pointed out, there are all kinds of shows featuring people of all different colors with big families. This show is supposed to be how the main character gets lost in the chaos of her family. If there were 2 or 3 kids it wouldn't be believable that the family would forget her birthday or that they could sneak in an Asian house guest without the parents realizing.
I hated Malcolm in the middle. I thought it was stupid. This show seems better. In Disney fashion.
shareahhh you hated malcom in the middle ðŸ˜ðŸ˜¥ WHAT lol i like this show too though, i just feel it's going to get better. the only critique i have is they need to come up with better jokes and calm the little ones down but that's literally it :)
shareMy analogy is far from perfect, since this show involves only one large family instead of three related ones, but the show has an "if 'Modern Family' was told totally through Alex's point of view" feel to it IMO.
