When is having a POV bitching!?
--Wouldn't be much of a "mix" if they all acted, thought the same.
--Point-counter-points help others (and you) see the same thing from a different (sometimes even better) perspective.
--No one person knows EVERYTHING…nothing wrong with having a person around to point out possible landmines (especially since folks on this team are so emotionally tied-up with each other that they often appear blinded-by-the-light).
--A POV may be unwelcome; but if it works, prevents a possible misstep, and/or just offers food-for-thought…then I say “bitch” on!
