Shooting accuracy

Are all the 'bad guys' played by Imperial Stormtroopers? None of them seems to be able to hit a barn door at 50 paces - even with automatic weapons, whereas our FBI guys make every shot count!

They probably hitting the main characters but they have plot armor...best armor in history.

Well since bad guys don't go the range and are way less accurate using full auto, it's not so far-fetched.
