What do you guys think about the new Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik song for the movie 'I don't wanna live forever'? COULD Fifty Shades be nominated for another Oscar?
shareI'm not particularly digging it. It didn't give me that "wow" factor like The Weeknd's did with Earned it. Its alright, I'm just not that into it. I think it would have been better if ZAYN and Swift actually recorded it together.
shareSo I like it! I feel as though it captures the emotions that Christian and Anastasia feel during their breakup. See I like to carefully listen to lyrics in general so when Swift sings "I gave you something, but you gave me nothing...," I instantly thought of Ana's virginity and how she gave up to Christian.. And how she wanted "hearts & flowers" but he couldn't give her that bc he wasn't ready. And in the 1st verse when Zayn says "it's just a cruel existence like there's no point hoping at all..."; this is where Christian realizes life w/o Ana ain't *beep* and wants her back by any means necessary. Anyway I can pick apart and analyze this song all day and night.. Oh and Taylor Swift sounds amazing. I think these are some of her best vocals. I wanna hear some more songs off this soundtrack.
