More like the book

Just from the trailer it's looking more like the book. But I haven't seen it yet. So I could be disappointed like I was with the first movie. (Even though I watched it like 12 times) book 2 was amazing in my opinion can't wait to see the movie to compare.

I think all of the fans will be pleased..new screenwriter and director..Jamie said they had more time to prepare, and felt more at ease...and the first movie was a box office hit, so that took some of the pressure off...and really, Book 1 was just the set up...all the drama comes in Darker and Freed...much better stories, and Christian and Ana are a couple..

Funny how you say "the book" because it was just one book, but then 'they' got the idea to stretch out with repetitive paragraphs to get more money out of it.

What I did like was, "Grey." It was told from his point of view. You get a bit more substance and character development of "Christian." Not much, because it's like the author did a Google search on "BDSM" and pieced together the story based on her web page population she copied from, including The Contract.

There are 3 books to the original series. 50 Shades of Grey, Darker and Freed..then she added Grey after the first movie came out, and says there will be Christian's version of Darker and Freed yet to come.

As far as the BDSM..we really never saw Christian with a submissive....the contract looked rather complicated and long...and I would suppose that would be fairly easy to find on Google as you said, and would not differ much in content.

EL James and the director and Jamie have all said there was an experienced Dom on set...but who knows?...the BDSM was the least interesting for me.

I know. I stopped at one. It took me forever to finish it. I felt like I was re-reading the same page over and over and over and over.

I'll look into those "Grey" additions. Getting inside HIS mind if far more interesting than into hers. She has none. Don't mean that meanly, but she's this virgin, well, don't get me started.

Of course, there was one on-set.

What was then?

I much preferred Grey's story too...but he is a lot more interesting than Ana..she has had pretty much an average life..and I wish you would read Darker and Freed and Grey..

... which is why all this is pure fantasy. It, also, sends false messages that love conquers all, it doesn't. It takes more than love. And what it takes is a healthy mind. Christian's mind is not that. He's a predator.
