Making it appear that it was Leila saying it.

As protective as Christian is towards Ana he would be busting through the door not just stepping through like he did in the trailer's if he heard a gunshot going off.
Correct, per the book there was no gun fired. I am sure they changed it up a bit to make it more "dramatic"?!?!
Per book, Ana talks to Leila and manages to de-escalate the situation until Christian storms in the door!! No gun was fired in book.
