The hype has died down a lot. It will probably be successful, but not a hit like the first one was.

Probably because the first one was horrible and people don't want to go see another bad movie.

The score for the first, even from most of those who liked the book (which itself was derived from a shoddy BSDM Twilight Saga fanfic) was dismal.

So I hardly see them all flocking back for this.

The Hollywood Reporter just came out saying the same thing. Its expected to perform less than half from the first one. Its probably not going to bomb, but definitely not break records.

I agree. It probably won't perform as well as the first.
