Book vs. movie differences

I went to a midnight showing of the movie and though I understand that some things have to be removed or changed to make the story work better on screen but which are the biggest differences you noticed?

Mine are:
1. Ana seeming fine with the break-up on the movie, I mean seems like she missed Christian but that was it, while on the book she was totally broken and not eating.
2. Another thing I noticed was the way they reunite after the break-up. On the book Christian sends her an email to take her to Jose's photo exhibition while on the movie Ana ends up running into him without knowing he would be there.
3. Where are Dr. Flynn and Ethan?! I get why they would get rid of Ethan but Dr. Flynn was really important! I was looking forward to see the scene when Christian takes Ana to talk about him with Flynn.
4. the whole scene with Christian showing Anastasia the house he wants to buy for them is totally absent (I really thought this one would be on the movie).
5. The auction scene is not that necessary but it was fun! I really wanted to see it on the movie.
6. The final sex scene. It was so extreme that I get why they toned it down but it was fun!
7. That Jack was creepier on the books with the way he harassed Ana while on the movie he seems normal until the very last moment.
8. That on the movie Christian never takes Ana to buy her a new car after Leila destroys her Audi.
9. Ana's second birthday gift is not present

Those are the ones I can remember but what do you guys remember?
