The venom and disgusting people who cant have civil dialogue with others have ruined message boards and chat rooms for everyone. This is one of the few that remain and I'm surprised it lasted this long. I too will miss talking about movies, but it was rare I could express my thoughts or attempt to have a real conversation about a movie without 90% (or all) of the replies being derogatory or hateful or worse. I'm glad they are moving it to facebook. At least there, the troll count will be less, as people won't be anonymous.
I can't see many people creating fake accounts there just to troll in anonymity. Facebook would kick them off for trolling anyway.
How can you have specific movie-centric discussions on Facebook? It's a bad format.
