Clown 10/10. Movie 4/10.
Terrible plot, cast and acting all round except for the clown/mime which is quite original for a an evil clown. Probably the only expressive horror killer we've had since Freddy Krueger.
The director created a good villain, but he lacks the talent to build an interesting universe around him.
