I just don't get why everyone is raving about this - this is NOT a good show!! Boring, unbelievable, unrealistic, there is no chemistry between the characters, the lead guy is bland, old, boring - and the singing and dancing gets old in a hurry!!!
I wanted to like this - I usually LOVE this kind of thing, esp. when it's a British production, but this? Meh....
There are some elements that aren't that clear, I suppose, or not that believable, but as a whole, I really loved it.
Watched all six episodes in a row, and I'll gladly watch them again.
Compelling, well acted, decent story, a good hook, it has it all!

HUGE SPOILER: when you get to the end you won't even care, you'll just be glad it's over.
2 episodes in and something is missing.
Finding it hard to pick up again as I can't seem to get invested in the story and suspend disbelief for a character that is unstable publicly and still has his job.
Disagree. Easily one of the best crime dramas to date. Most of your remarks about the show seem kind of superficial but whatever, to each their own.
