Is this the same actress playing Margo as before? She just seems different.

Different actress playing Fen (Eliot's wife) though.

Having seen a few eps now, I think they've changed her styling - costumes and makeup - a bit. There's also a chance she's had some "work".

No tears please, it's a waste of good suffering.
