shareSuspension of disbelief. Also, this is a school of magic, it doesn't have to conform to normal scholastic rules. It's not like they are learning maths and science, they are learning how to do actual magic... so either you can think that people of any age are accepted, or suspend disbelief and just go with the fact that these are college-aged kids. It's silly to disregard an entire show because actor age doesn't conform with character age; Jonah Hill was 24 in Superbad and Martha MacIsaac was 23, and they were supposed to be high school students. That movie has a 7.3 rating on IMDB at the moment, so clearly many viewers were able to suspend disbelief and pretend that Jonah and Martha were actually high school kids and enjoy the movie for what it was.

shareAre you serious? I've never seen the movie so I don't know if you're just messing around, but there's suspension of disbelief and then there's a 30-something playing a child. John C. Reilly was 32 in Walk Hard, Wiig was 34.
