can anyone here who isnt a dumbfuck and or a conservative give me a true rating of this show. is it that good? i saw the first 3 episodes and it devolved into a redneck daytime soap so fast. yet somehow it's rated high and now it's 4 seasons later. i did really like the first episode of season one and that's why i'm hoping to be wrong about this show.

It has a cheap look. Like basic cable schlock production values. The writing is sort of hokey, like written by a Cormac McCarthy wannabe (which is what Taylor Sheridan is)
But it isn't terrible. As a non-conservative and as a non-cowboy-fetishist the show doesn't seem bad. I think it's probably a solid show that would be underrated if conservatives weren't fisting themselves to it
The entire world is literally full of Dumbfucks and Conservatives.
Luckily I am an Independent.
And I haven't seen it.

Also trending is a show called Succession, it's on HBO.. I binged 6 episodes of the first season, so far so good. Riveting performances, despicable characters, the tension grows as it runs.
