How do you think Luke Cage will get out of prison?
He got taken away at the end of the first season of Luke Cage. So he will have to get free somehow.

shareHe'll just punch his way out.
shareHere are some possibilities:
1) The show partially revolves around Matt getting Luke out of prison with the help of Danny and Jessica.
2) The other three Defenders break Luke out of prison after they realize they need his help.
3) Luke breaks out himself for whatever reason.
4) The authorities agree Luke can leave prison temporarily if he helps out with whatever threat is plaguing New York.
Didn't the one guy find the folder, in the barbershop, that proved that Luke was framed? This with Matt defending him will get him out.
shareI expect Cage's case would be reopened, enter court drama + tension, Carl Lucas' files and connection to seagate experiments gets investigated, Hogarth/Foggy, Matt or both represents LC and then they suddenly find some of Seagate files connecting to IGH/The Hand/Rand Corp and Sigourney Weaver 's character becomes worried that whatever agenda she is will get compromised. Case in point, Luke's trial will set the events in motion.
shareI was wondering that too! Kind of like how Thor ended up in The Avengers after the Bifrost was destroyed, I'm guessing we'll either get that resolved in episode one or he's already out somehow when the show starts and we get a passing line like Loki's "how much dark energy did the Allfather have to conjure?".
More than likely, I have a feeling it will be the former as Matt clears his name.
