Yep.

I'm thinking she might be a female version of Alexander Bont. He is a minor villain in Daredevil who replaced the Kingpin for a while and used Mutant Growth Hormones to get stronger. Mutant Growth Hormones sound similar to IGH (which some have speculated is Inhuman Growth Hormones). Very interesting.
