Even if netflix characters never show up in the movies or no movie characters show up in the tv shows, that doesn't mean that the Netflix shows aren't still officially part of MCU canon. They are. They still take place in the same connected universe. So long as they remain that way, they won't bring in another iteration of Peter Parker to the tv shows. Not to mention, even if Marvel does have live-action tv rights to the character (it's not quite clear if they do from what I've been able to find online), Sony could see it as a breech of good-faith/see it as Marvel trying to undermine them and it could put their deal that allows Spider-Man to be a part of the MCU at risk.
