Only 8 episodes (the other series are 13 episodes and last 6 months) so I would wager filming will be completed by beginning of March. Though this will be much larger and a definitely larger budget.
I expect this no later then September. Honestly I could see this being released in August. Still 5 months of post-production, so plenty of time.

The shows can be 4 months apart March, July, and Nov.
I can see that happening with them saying that The Defenders was a showcase event and 2018 just being season 2 JJ and season 3 of DD. With early 2019 being dedicated to a season 2 merge of LC and IF
