So now all the cast confirmed are

Charlie Cox .. Matt Murdock/Daredevil
Krysten Ritter .. Jessica Jones

Sigourney Weaver .. ???
*Rosario Dawson .. Claire Temple/Night Nurse* (Did she already confirm??)

What about Trish and Colleen??? And The Punisher and Elektra?? And who Sigourney's character is?? UGH!!!!!!!!!!!

Trish, Colleen and Electra are kinda confirmed. Well not officially, but there have been hints about their return.

Trish actress posted photos of her workout a couple of weeks ago. Most people assumed shes started training for her role in Defenders. Electras involvement with The Hand warrants her return. And considering that all secondary characters from the other 3 shows are appearing it is a safe bet that Colleen will return.

We don't have confirmation The Hand is involved quite yet. It's been strongly hinted at, but not confirmed, so it's unknown if Elektra will pop up.

I think that hand on official defenders poster and voice over by Stick pretty much confirm that The Hand will be big bad of defenders.

Yep, Eka Darville ("Malcolm" from Jessica Jones) was Barca's lover on Spartacus. The one who kept pigeons. He only made it through about the first half of Season 1.

Essentially, I think we can expect every supporting cast in any of the shows at this point.

Every cast announcement makes my day tbh, especially Claire and Hogarth as well as Colleen Wing. This sounds far-fetched, but I'm also hoping to see some Punisher characters like Dinah Madani and Microchip.

And now, Elektra. I'm so excited!!!!!!!! I hope they introduce new characters in this as weel such as Moon Knight or maybe a surprise with Ghost Rider(Robbie Reyes) And I'm not try to be rush or anything but I hope The Defenders season 2 would be Shadowland.

Chances are, there will be plenty of changes to the story.

My guess is that Elektra is the one inhabited by The Beast, fullfilling her destiny as the Black Sky. Maybe towards one of the last episodes, Elektra gets killed (again) and DD gets possessed and the team has to get the demon out of him.

This was also a random thought I had: IGH is owned by The Hand and they have been conducting superhuman experiments on people for years in order to recreate the conditions for the Black Sky. This means Daredevil, Luke, and Jessica were all products of these experiments. Maybe Sigourney Weaver's character is the CEO of IGH or something.
