Was she one of the "morks" or from that other, superior alien race?
They never explained why Kynes was talking to her (or what about), or how she could possibly be the humans' captive (I mean, wasn't that what it looked like in that episode?).
Oh, well.
Wonder how they kill humans so easily. Their guns are useless. 2nd amendment fail.

That alien who sort of looked like a Romulan, she was one of the enemy of the Raps and I'm pretty sure she was using her active camo to appear human. We saw her from behind in that intro where she took out several of the outliers and her skin looked more leathery and reptilian. Whatever weapons they use, our technology is clearly next to useless against them. Maybe after one of them killed a few dozen of our best soldiers somebody might get off a lucky shot - but the Raps have to know that any force of outliers they send after their enemy is going to get slaughtered. Unless they were planning to provide more effective weaponry and armor to their cannon fodder it would be a pointless exercise and buy them almost no extra time.
They put a shield over Seattle to protect it from the orbital bombardment. So the Raps obviously have effective ways of fighting back - on the other hand, they did lose the war so it's not as effective as one might hope. I wonder what the relationship is between the Raps and their enemies? Is that the species who created them, and maybe they rebelled against? Or is it something else? Maybe we'll get an explanation now that it's not going to be revealed on the show.
imo it was the attacking race, since it decapitated the human government which the hosts were using.
