I thought it was unfair, it was a pretty ambiguous, he said/she said case with no solid proof and he was found not guilty. False accusations happen and you can't pretend that they don' t just because it's politically incorrect, look at the Brian Banks case for example. Presumption of innocence exists for a reason.

I tried to look up the info but can't find why Nate was acquitted?

The stories all say he banged the accuser while she was unconscious/drunk, as did his friend.
Both men eventually were found not guilty. News writers seem to neglect the obvious question of w-h-y?
