On the clinic's sign it reads "Dr. Elisha McKeller M.B.B.P"

Is it not supposed to be MBBS or MBChB (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery)? I've never heard of an MBBP.

Interesting. This link describes the only acronym I could find online. It's an Australian project. Is there perhaps a connection here, intended by the writers to suggest the link between the characters in this simulation and the world in which this simulation was created?

Australia has 19 medical schools. The majority of schools offer the MBBS (Doctor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery) degree though some may offer the BMed or Bachelor of Medicine instead. MD was primarily used for those doing research in medicine. Since 2011, the various medical schools in Australia have been renaming the degrees and nomenclature.
