Kate will get cancer again and die again.
Does that mean the murder victims will be murdered again? I can see Paddy's family taking him out. And I doubt the mysterious strangler will be happy to see his victim walking around.
I dunno if we can trust *anything* that Vic said, after he went all evil psycho.
And I take it that Carlos (that was his name right? the guy who rapidly decomposed on the bridge?) didn't die the same way he did originally...

I would hesitate to take anything Vic said after his accident at face value. He has an agenda and he's clearly more than willing to lie. He straight up lies to James about what happened to Maria.
