As Swagger is running to where he thinks the shot will come from and as he rounds a corner; they'res a man walking across the street that looks at him. I'm thinking that might have been Solotov. Good pilot with a lot of potential and Phillipe does a good job with a strong supporting cast. Just get rid of that soundtrack!!
shareThere never was a solotov. They told him that to get him there because they knew he would want to catch him. It was all to set him up.
shareI doubt that it was him. I think Solotov will be played by either William Fichtner or Desmond Harrington. None of them are listed on imdb yet so I guess it must be one of them. Keeping it a secret was a good idea. I like this mystery.

shareThen it must have been Desmond Harrington or another actor. In a recent interview Ryan Phillippe described his and Harrington's character as two sides of the same coin. We have yet to see what this means.
shareIt was most likely fired from a much closer distance by someone who could make the shot, the whole Solotov thing was just to make it look like it was our main character, as shown by his surveillance, bullet buying and by using the gun they gave him, as they could fix it to look like it came from further.
I think Solotov will actually end up helping him, not sure why I think that though.
How ever it goes I sincerely hope we will find out while watching future episodes that span more then 41 min. That is one short ass episode IMHO.
It felt more then cut short not even curtailed would fully describe it. It's as if they decided to cut the dogs tail by way of flaying it's ass to the bone.
